Mabry Mill Restaurant Continues to Operate on the Blue Ridge Parkway

(Meadows of Dan, VA) – The historic Mabry Mill Restaurant and Gift Shop on the Blue Ridge Parkway is continuing to operate under new management.

Sally Mae’s LLC, DBA Mabry Mill & RKC, is the licensed concessionaire for the National Park Service. The restaurant and gift shop, along with Rocky Knob Cabins, opened in early May and will remain open until October 31, 2011. The restaurant is located next to the historic gristmill named for Ed Mabry.

Visitors to the Blue Ridge Parkway can enjoy a country fare menu featuring favorites such as buckwheat pancakes, stone ground grits and country ham.
