Amateur & Professional Camera Clinic

Admission to the Camera Clinic is $25 per person for non-professionals and free to NPPA and NCPPA members, media and working press. Because there are a limited number of seats in the auditorium (165), we ask that people who plan to attend pre-register. Online pre-registration begins July 15, 2008.
The Grandfather Mountain Camera Clinic was founded in 1952 by the late Hugh Morton.
2008 Schedule
Saturday, August 16
Noon – 3 pm Check-in @ MacRae Meadows (gate 3), about 10 yards on the Linville side of the driveway to the Grandfather Mountain Office and 30 yards on the Linville side of the attraction Entrance Gate.
4:15 pm Welcome, Nature Museum Auditorium. Don Nelson, Crae Morton.
4:15 pm Melissa Golden, a free-lance photographer from Washington, DC. “Campaign Coverage: Run Off and Join the Media Circus!”
5:30 pm Buffet supper
6:45 pm Tim Kimzey, SPARTANBURG HERALD-JOURNAL, Spartanburg, SC. "Community Journalism & New Media"
8:00 pm go outside & photograph our sunset…
