Lexington Heritage Walking Tours

Take an educational and entertaining stroll through Lexington, a quaint town on the National Register of Historic Places, with a local historian/Civil War reenactor clad in period attire. Individuals or groups welcome!
Sites of interest include but are not limited to the streets of Historic Downtown Lexington; the Historic Residential District; Virginia Military Institute, including Jackson Memorial Hall and Virginia Mourning Her Dead; Washington and Lee Unversity, including Lee Chapel and the Lee Family Crypt; and Stonewall Jackson Memorial Cemetery, the resting place of General Jackson.
Tours begin and end at the Lexington Visitor Center parking lot unless other arrangements are made.
Tours are conducted daily, rain or shine. Call for reservations. Pets are welcome for the walk but may not be permitted in musuems.
