Overlook Description

This overlook offers a trailhead that will take you to the Tanawha Trail in 0.2 mi. On the opposite side of the road is a magnificient view. To the right you can see the ridgeline of Grandfather Mtn and to the left you can see the tower atop Beacon Heights. Tanawha Trail begins at Beacon Heights and ends at Price Park.
