Historic Happy Valley Old-time Fiddlers Convention

Located on the site of Laura Fosters grave of the Tom Dooley fame, the convention offers old-time and bluegrass group and individual competitions. Along with instrument playing, the event offers folk singing, instrument making, old-time dance demonstrations, hayride tours, corn shucking, flat foot competitions, and local home-cooked delicacies.
