Blue Ridge Parkway Calendar of Events

Fine Band Convention – Robin and Linda Williams, heard regularly on Garrison Keillor’s Prairie Home Companion, bring their show to the Blue Ridge. They call their band, “The Fine Group,” so we have an equally fine local group to open for them: The Ballard’s Branch Bogtrotters. Here’s a tip: there’s not a finer old-time band on the planet! Presented by the Arts and Culture Council of the Twin Counties. Flatt and Scruggs TV Show video will begin in the Museum auditorium at 4 PM. 4^th Saturday clogging showcase in the museum breezeway from 4:30 to 5:30. Come early, stay late. All for $10.
