SEASONAL. The Dillsboro River Company offers rentals and raft trips on the Tuckaseegee River.
The “Tuck” is a Class I-II whitewater river, offering a great white water river activity for families and kids, who weigh 40 lbs or more, to enjoy. The “Tuck” River is warmer than most rivers, which will make for a wonderful, fun-filled day.
Included is a non-guide assisted raft trip which puts your family in the captain’s seat of your own raft. Our guides will lead and follow you down the river.
Our rental fleet of ducks (inflatable kayaks) and rafts are also available if you want to do a self-guided trip down the river.
Note: Reservations are required for all services. Complimentary water, lemonade and popsicle for every child (young or young at heart) at the end of the trip. Restroom and changing facilities available. Most trips take between 2 -2 1/2 hours.
Go Blue Ridge Card is valid for one Dillsboro Raft Trip or one Smoky Mountain Jet Boat Ride per day.
Fully-guided upgrade is available for $5 per person, which puts one of their great guides in the boat with your family.

May 1–Memorial Day: Weekends, 10:30 am–6:00 pm
Memorial Day weekend–Labor Day weekend: Daily, 10:30 am–6:00 pm
September 1–October 27th: Saturday, call or check website for times.
All other dates or times by reservation.
